Texan Governor sued for “unconstitutional” participation in prayer rally

Texas Governor Rick Perry is being sued by a national organisation focused on ensuring the separation of Church and state because he plans to participate in a forthcoming Christian prayer rally.
- Pray that the move by Islamists to turn Waltham Forest and other London boroughs into “sharia-controlled zones” will be frustrated. Pray for the light of the Gospel to shine in these areas and that many Muslims will turn to Christ as the only way, truth and life
- Pray that more Christian leaders in the United States will have courage and wisdom to proclaim the nation’s need to seek God’s guidance. Pray that Governor Rick Perry will be encouraged in his decision to join in public prayer.
- Pray that universities in Australia will actively prevent the infiltration of Islamic extremism and have boldness to confront it.
