The chief executive of Jersey Post, the island’s mail delivery service, has apologised after it refused to deliver audio CDs of the Bible to every household.

A Muslim terror suspect, who shot and wounded a police officer, has escaped conviction on serious shooting charges after a Sydney judge found that “anti-Muslim sentiment” made him fear for his safety.
UK: Phone company’s “Jesus advert” banned for being “disrespectful”

A mobile phone advertisement displaying a cartoon-like picture of Jesus has been banned for being “disrespectful”.
- Pray that any attempt by Islamist groups in the USA to radicalise and recruit Muslim young people will fail. Pray that authorities in Minneapolis will have wisdom on how to counter home-grown terrorism.
- Praise the Lord that the Jersey Post has reversed the decision to refuse delivery of the Scripture CDs. Pray that the campaign by church groups on the island will make a tremendous impact.
- Give thanks that Phones 4u have listened to people’s complaints about the disrespectful advertisement and withdrawn it.
