Christians in rich countries are used to having easy access to food, water and basic health care. However, in many parts of the world the situation is very different. This can be especially true for Christians suffering from discrimination because of their faith.

Barnabas Fund is working to help relieve the suffering of the family of Christ throughout the world and ensure basic minimum care is available to Christians where this occurs.

Water

Barnabas Fund assists many Christian communities to develop clean water supplies and decent sanitation.

Food

Barnabas Fund supports a variety of feeding programmes. . A typical monthly food parcel might contain basic foodstuffs to cover about half a month's needs, so easing the family budget. This frees up resources for school costs or medical bills, and often allows families to steadily escape from debt to their employers.

Medical

Barnabas Fund supports a number of health and medical projects for needy Christian communities. When Barnabas Fund assists with the running costs, a clinic is then able to offer treatment for minimal cost or even free.
