Day of Prayer for the persecuted Church

Give thanks for the tiny minority of Christians (about 6,000) in the Comoros, where the vast majority of the population are Muslim. The country is one of the worst in the world in its treatment of converts from Islam, and the influence of Islamic radicalism is increasing; pray that those who have left Islam to follow Christ will be protected from reprisals. Evangelism among Muslims is forbidden; pray for expatriate Christians, that their lives may be a powerful witness to Christ and that they may find ways to share their faith without being punished.
