Thousands of Christians in three South Asian countries have lost their homes. Living in squalid conditions, without proper homes or places to worship, they are vulnerable, despised and cannot help themselves.

Operation Nehemiah is calling upon churches in the UK to support local schools, in a video promoting a new initiative, Assisting Christianity Teaching in Schools (ACTS).

The project enables individuals and churches to give materials to schools to support them in the teaching of Christianity as part of Religious Education at primary level.

Who we are Our Projects

This is a story of one convert from Islam who was born in the Gambia and raised a Muslim. In this video, she shares the story of her journey to faith in the Lord Jesus and some of the trials she has faced in her life so far.

This video was made to show some of the aftermath from the devastating flooding in Pakistan. It forms part of Barnabas Fund's appeal to raise funds for the provision of desperately needed aid in the immediate and longer term.

The programme focused on how Pakistani Christians are being affected by what has been rated the worst humanitarian crisis in recent memory. It also discussed Barnabas Fund's response to the crisis.

This audio recording was produced by a leader of an intercessory work. We are making it available with their permission, in the hope that you will find it builds your faith in praying for situations that can sometimes seem overwhelming.

"Bringing Hope to Christian Children" is a short presentation (approx 5min) displaying some of the general problems persecution causes for children and Barnabas Fund's practical response to those through the compassion and generosity of our supporters.

This is a song composed by a Barnabas Fund staff member. It reminds us all that despite persecution and suffering there are Christians throughout the world who hold resolutely to their faith in Jesus. It also exhorts the Church to stand with our brothers and sisters in their time of trial and need. (Duration approximately 4 minutes).
