Sign up nowThe West African nation of Niger is still recovering from floods that displaced 1.1 million people in the closing months of 2024. Niger was already struggling with food shortages, with an estimated 3.3 million facing food insecurity levels rated as “crisis” level or worse. The floods destroyed an estimated 190,000 hectares of cultivated agricultural land. Pray that the Lord will provide for the humanitarian needs of those suffering in Niger, and particularly the small Christian community who are at greater risk from the Islamist terror groups who control regions of the country.
“As we have opportunity, let us do good to all especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”
